Using the Archives

Prior to the Visit:

Searching and viewing materials

For information material request, please use Eturan mōshikomisho (閲覧申込書 PDF).

Please contact the archives at least 3 days prior to the visit. (9:00-17:00 during weekdays).

Upon Arrival:

Please fill out Shiryō etsurantō seikyōsho (資料閲覧等請求書 PDF).

Please present some form of personal ID.

Photocopy:

Photocopy services are provided in accordance with Japanese copyright laws.

Please mark Fukusha (複写) on Shiryō etsurantō seikyōsho (資料閲覧等請求書).
