About the Library:

The Libraries for Engineering and Information Science & Technology consists of eleven libraries.  The "Library List" section contains a brief introduction to these libraries with contact information.  The comprehensive library user guide, "Guide to Libraries for Engineering and Information Science & Technology," is available on their webpage.

• 11 specialized libraries in the Libraries for Engineering and Information Science & Technology,  which are corresponding to each department. Each has  contact address and user's guide.

Focus: Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Mathematical Informatics, Computer Science, Aeronautics and Astronautics

Note: The Guide uses the ALA/LC standard romanization, however, it also reflects a different romanization system used by an individual institution or collection.

Prior to the visit:

• Please fill out the "Application Form for Use of the Libraries for Engineering and IST, the University of Tokyo" on their webpage and submit the form at the library counter upon arrival.

• Personal ID is required. 

• Please refer to the "Photocopying" section on "How to Use the Libraries for Engineering and IST for Non-members".
