NCC Outreach Working Group: Jxiv

Jxiv (/dʒéikaiv/) is a platform developed by the Japan Science and Technology Agency [科学技術振興機構] that makes unpublished, pre-reviewed papers (pre-print) available open access. On March 24, 2023, the JST celebrated the one-year anniversary of the platform since its release.
