How to Use the Facility

Using the Library

Prior to the Visit:

Please fill out a Request Form.

Request Form

Please ask your home institution library to send the form by fax or e-mail (Attn: Reference Desk) to receive a response letter from the library.

Letter of Introduction (紹介状 Shōkaijō) from your home institution library. Please use the following form if the home institution does not have one:

- A letter of Introduction (Word, PDF)

Please verify the desired material is available by using our catalog.

Upon Arrival:

Please submit the response letter at the reference desk.

Floor Guide / Maps

Photocopy:

Photocopy services are provided in accordance with Japanese copyright laws.

Service Hours: Available until 10 minutes before closing

Copy Fee:

Black and White: 10 yen per page

Color: 50 yen per page.

Please fill out Bunken fukusha mōshikomisho (文献複写申込書) - the copy request form.
