How to Use the Facility

Using the Library

Prior to the visit:

  • Please contact the library to confirm that the desired material is available for viewing.
Upon Arrival:
  • Please call the library staff from the extension telephone aside the entrance door.
  • Please present some form of personal ID.
  • Please fill out application for the library use (図書室利用申請書 Toshoshitsu riyō shinseisho).


  • Photocopy services are provided in accordance with Japanese copyright laws.
  • Please ask the library staff
  • Copy Fee: 35 yen
