Kikkoman Soy Sauce Museum is a study tour provided at the soy sauce factory.

The Introduction video and panels presentation shows the process and history of soy sauce making.

Kikkoman Soysauce Museum
This section explains the process of soy sauce making, history, and Nishiki-e of soy sauce making and other operation as early as the Edo period.
