About Tokyo Institute for Municipal Research:
Tokkyo Institute for Municipal Research (TIMR) was built in 1922 by the Tokyo Mayor. Since then, TIMR has been actively involved in the projects which are to improve urban governance, living conditions and solve urban problems in the Tokyo area.
