Registration: 8:00 to 8:25*

*We have it set up for 8:00, but we may not be able to get in the building before that time; Please note there might be a few minutes delay while we get the room set up. Thank you for your patience!

We will be giving your name badge at the time of registration.

Meals

  • Morning refreshments will be served at morning break (9:30 to 10:30)
  • Lunch will be provided at 11:50 to 13:00
  • Sushi Platter has been ordered for the reception (16:45 to 17:45)

Access to the Library:

To enter Harvard Libraries including Yenching library, the library access card is required. Kuniko Yamada McVey will kindly arrange to let the workshop members in without the card for the collection viewing session that she will conduct at 16:00. However, if anyone wants to enter and use Harvard library other than this session, he/she needs to get the access card at the Widener Library.  https://library.harvard.edu/visitor-access#access-cards
