About the Library:

Nanzan University's Main Library on Nagoya campus is a 3 floor building with 2 underground levels. The library holds 592,000 books and 14,000 periodical titles (as of April 2004).

  • Japanese books: 434,051 volumes 
  • Non Japanese books: 371,474 volumes
• Periodicals: 16,982 titles
  • Japanese: 10,243  titles
  • Non Japanese: 6,739 titles
• Media: 12,949 titles
  • Japanese: 9,302 titles
  • Non Japanese: 3,647 titles".

Note: The Guide uses the ALA/LC standard romanization, however, it also reflects a different romanization system used by an individual institution or collection.
