About Ichikawa Fusae Memorial Exhibition Hall:

Ichikawa Fusae Memorial Exhibition Hall exhibits photographs, books and hand written manuscripts (autobiography / last writing) by Ichikawa Fusae,  The collection also includes some of her favorite belongings and a reproduction of the living room she used in her later years (about 80 items).  In addition, there is a video section where visitors can learn about the history of the women's suffrage movement in Japan and about the life of Ichikawa Fusae.

Directions:

1. JR line Yoyogi station (代々木):

  • Exit from the A1 exit.

The exhibition hall is located at the second floor of the Fusen Kaikan (婦選会館).

  • Admission Fees:
    • General Admission: 300 yen
    • Junior high school student or younger: 100 yen
    • Group of more than 10 people: 10% discount

Note: DVD Screening and A brief tour by the staff are available upon request for groups and individuals.
